I like.

Apparently, in Springfield Illinois, with his new girlfriend. He was spotted filling gas in a 1989 Ford Bronco… heh So much for hybrid cars and being eco friendly eh?

This blog has been dead lately… But a lot is actually happening in my life!

I don’t think I mentionned it in here, but I’m part of a ska band, as a trumpet player, since september-october 2007.

Until recently, we didn’t have a name and had nothing to show for. But that has changed!

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to The Skopitones !

Seven musicians, a rhytm section, 3 brass players (sax, trumpet, trombone) playing traditionnal Jamaican Ska.

I could try to describe with words what Jamaican Ska sounds like, but it’s much easier to make you listen to it.

We recorded a small 2 part demo in our Limoilou studios, entirely available through our myspace page (myspace.com/skopitones). Go listen to it!

Myspace: One Night Band

For those of you living in the Quebec City vicinity, they will be at the Casbah on July 21 as an opening band for the Aggrolites.

They will be part of the Vans Warp Tour in Montreal.

I will be at the Quebec City show.

By the way, my ska band with will soon gig in Quebec City. Stay tuned for dates for an upcoming show.
