George Steinmetz: Camels in the desert, from above / Chameaux dans le désert, vus du ciel
Considered one of the best pictures of the year 2005, this amazing shot shows camel shadows on the desert sand, where the actual camels are the little horizontal white lines in the picture.
This picture was featured in the
Turkish edition of the National Geographic.
Taken by
George Steinmetz who’s photographing the world’s deserts while piloting a motorized paraglider, thus providing a unique perspective on the world.

Marvin the bunny passed away this morning following a quick overnight illness.
I’m very sad.
Marvin went to the veterinarian for a castration but ended up having a hysterectomy. She kept her boy name, but was always a lady.
She will be missed very much by Carrianne, Yoshi, the other bunnies and myself.
I hope you’re binkying in the sky, bunny…

Marvin ma lapine s’est éteinte ce matin à la suite d’une maladie dont le développement a été très rapide qui s’était déclarée le soir précédent.
Je suis extrêmement triste.
Marvin était allée chez le vétérinaire pour une castration mais a finalement eu une hystérectomie. Elle a gardé son nom de garçon, mais a toujours été une grande dame.
Elle va beaucoup nous manquer, à Carrianne, Yoshi, les autres lapines, et moi.
J’espère que tu as tout l’espace que tu veux pour courir dans le ciel, petite lapine…

Weird Al Yankovic’s new album
Straight Outta Lynwood is coming out September 26 in the U.S.A but already his songs have leaked on the Internet, like his first single,
White & Nerdy, and YouTube users have made scratch video montages with the songs. Yankovic always includes a polka in his albums and this one is not breaking the tradition.

Straight Outta Lynwood sort en magasins le 26 septembre aux U.S.A mais on retrouve déjà ses chansons sur Internet, comme son premier simple,
